Windense automatically gets data from remote locations. Having central data is always a help but Windense powerful management exception and comparison reports makes it useful! Some example reports include the Needs Urgent Help Report and the Compliance Report. The Needs Urgent Help Report is easily accessed for a listing of all labs and processes that are out of control and sorted from worst to best. Then you click through all the labs one by one by clicking F12 to display the out of control processes trend plots and results.  The technician can call the sites to talk them through their problems and move onto the next lab with another F12 click.  The Compliance Report is a report comparing minilab compliance with organization film and paper process control frequency. Comparing labs, districts and regions provides a very practical, efffective tool to generate corporation-wide quality improvement.
